Three natural remedies for skin stains

Skin stains are changes in pigmentation and can be due to many different causes. They can present as moles, freckles or age stains and exposure to the sun may also make them worse.

So today we’re bringing you three natural remedies to help you reduce or eliminate those skin stains that aesthetically can be somewhat annoying, although above all we need to take them into account for our health’s sake.

Lemon

As well as being a fruit with many benefits for your organism, lemon juice is also a natural skin bleaching agent. It also has many properties that act as a powerful cleanser and detoxifier and leave your skin looking radiant, as well as many benefits for a healthier mouth.

How to you apply it? It’s very easy: squeeze a lemon and soak a piece of cotton wool in the juice. Rub it directly on the stains for some minutes and repeat this action every day. You can also rub the lemon rind on the stains for five minutes.

The lemon’s acid helps to exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is a plant with many natural benefits and this is one of them. It’s a strong natural agent that will help clear up skin stains.

Apply the aloe vera gel to your stains and rub it in until the skin absorbs it, then leave it to act for several minutes. You’ll have to do this daily to see the results.
